Mess Hall Sponsor

  • Name posted in every room at the event.
  • Mess Hall Sponsor’s name will be the only sponsor name Mess Hall.
  • Name on all print advertising for Boot Camp
  • Receive an exhibit table at the Boot Camp
  • Receive admission to the Boot Camp for (4) officials.
  • Receive admission for (4) officials attending the Boot Camp Reception
  • (2) representatives are invited to the May meeting and give a five minute presentation of the NJAWBO - Sussex-Warren Chapter dinner meeting.
  • Receive a listing of all participants attending the Boot Camp
  • Sponsor name and information will be on the Sussex Warren website for the entire month proceeding the Boot Camp and the month following.
  • Full Page listing in the Boot Camp booklet
  • Insert promotional material in backpack given to all attendees

 

Team Challenge Sponsor

$2000.00

  • Name posted in every room at the event.
  • Name on all print advertising
  • Receive an exhibit table at the Boot Camp
  • Sponsor representative will be invited to give a 5 minute presentation.
  • Receive admission to the Boot Camp for (3) officials.
  • Receive admission for (3) officials attending the Boot Camp Reception
  • (1) official invited to the June Meeting of the Sussex Warren Chapter to give a 5 minute presentation
  • Receive a listing of all participants attending the Boot Camp
  • Sponsor name and information will be on the Sussex Warren website for the entire month proceeding the Boot Camp and the month following.
  • Half Page listing in the Boot Camp booklet
  • Insert promotional material in backpack given to all attendees

 

Individual Challenge Sponsor

$750.00

Communications Sponsor: Defray the cost ofprinted materials for advertising including but not limited to postcards, flyers, newspaper advertising, signs, and printed materials to distribute at the Boot Camp.

Challenge Sponsor:  - Defray the cost of the booklets for the Boot Camp.

Back Country Sponsor:  Provide continental breakfast

Back Pack Sponsor: Assist in defraying the cost to provide backpacks given to each attendee with goodies in it from sponsors and The Sussex Warren Chapter of NJAWBO.

  • Communication and Challenge Sponsor will have their name posted in two rooms at the Boot Camp.
  • Back Country Sponsor will be the only sponsor name at that station.
  • Back pack sponsor/sponsors will be the only spotlight sponsor listed on bags.

 

All Co-Sponsors will:

  • Be listed along with The Sussex Warren Chapter of NJAWBO
  • 4’ Display on spotlight sponsor table at Boot Camp
  • Name on all print advertising
  • Receive a listing of all participants attending the Boot Camp
  • Sponsor name and information will be on the Sussex Warren website for the week proceeding the Boot Camp. 
  • Quarter Page listing in the Boot Camp booklet
  • Insert promotional material (provided by the Sponsor) in backpack given to all attendees.
